The ViperSharp knife sharpener is a professional precision sharpening system that will allow you the precision you desire with every blade you sharpen.

ViperSharp Warranty and Return Policy

We stand behind our products for life.
ViperSharp warrants that all ViperSharp Knife Sharpeners will be free from all manufacturers’ defects in materials and construction. We will, at our option, repair or replace any defective product returned to us (if required) with postage prepaid*. At all times the warranty is limited in value to the original retail value of the ViperSharp Knife Sharpener System originally purchased and is solely limited to actual damage to the system originally purchased.

This warranty does not cover damage or loss resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, direct or consequential damaged caused by attempted or completed by anyone other than ViperSharp, neglect, Act of God or shipping damages. Shipping damages are the responsibility of the buyer to report to the shipping company and file a claim.

Returns

If you decide ViperSharp is not for you, we are willing to take the item back and refund your purchase price minus shipping and damages/use* (if any) within 30 days after purchase. Return shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer. A refund will only be given if the item is unused and returned in original condition. No refunds are offered on used merchandise.

Returns are not accepted when sold through partners or dealers. We believe the ViperSharp is a fantastic option for those looking for a great professional knife sharpener but we understand not everyone feels the same way. Incomplete kits or individual parts are non refundable.

Return details.

Please send an email to Mike@ViperSharp.com for return details. Once the item has been returned and inspected the refund will be processed minus applicable fees for shipping or damage and use. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you desire to return an old system that is no longer being sold on our site the refund amount may be 1/2 – 1/3 of your purchase price.

*If item has been damaged from misuse or abuse or is not in condition that it can be resold a partial refund may be given. Damages include abuse to the system and parts, Smoke odor, oiled stones or other abuse to the system.

*If you choose to use the system and then return it in used condition, any refund may not be the complete original retail price.
