When I sharpen a knife, I want it to be sharp! The ViperSharp gives me the freedom to adjust the stone with ease, so that I can get the exact edge I want. This system is so easy, even my kids can set it up and use it on their pocketknives. And as they say, a dull knife is a dangerous knife, so I’m glad there’s a system out there that they can use. The Viper Sharp system will up your knife sharpening game. The Viper Sharp has some really nice refinements. First of all I really like the infinite height adjustment. Other sharpeners have set height adjustments, so if your knife is too wide or has a different angle on the blade, then you end up reshaping the sharpening angle to fit the sharpener, and not the blade. I’ve used a lot of knife sharpeners over the years because I’m an avid outdoorsman and Viper Sharp is by far one of the best I’ve ever used. It sharpened all of my knives quickly and my knives ended up with the best edges they’ve ever had. If you want a great knife sharpener then Viper Sharp is the way to go.
